Welcome to our villa Punta Majagua 143 Cap Cana. We hope you enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Please treat the home with care and respect so future guests can enjoy it as well. Parties, events, loud music, commercial activities, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional cleaning fee. Kindly keep doors closed while using the AC and turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa. Please supervise children around the pool area at all times and use all indoor and outdoor areas at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Please report any issue or damage as soon as possible. Any broken items, damaged furniture, missing decor, excessive mess, or rule violations may result in an additional charge equal to the replacement, repair, or extra service cost.
